§ 35.060  EMPLOYMENT ORIENTATION.
   (A)   An orientation program will be conducted for all newly hired employees of the town. The primary purpose of the orientation program is to acquaint new employees with town policies and departmental rules and procedures, the organization’s structure, their position description, and to familiarize such new employees with facilities equipment, and introduce them to department personnel and Town Council.
   (B)   The supervisor is responsible for establishing an orientation program for new employees within their department and designating individuals to conduct such orientation.
   (C)   This orientation program may include, but is not limited to, duties outlined in this subchapter.
