§ 35.019  COMPENSATION.
   (A)   The town will compensate employees their regularly scheduled hours if they:
      (1)   Contract the disease of the epidemic, pandemic, or public health emergency;
      (2)   Are required to care for household member with the disease; or
      (3)   Receive an order from a medical provider directing them to self-quarantine.
   (B)   If the town is required to close facilities, and the town employees are sent home, those employees shall be compensated for their regularly scheduled hours.
   (C)   In the event that town facilities remain closed, non-exempt employees shall be compensated for their regularly scheduled hours. Exempt employees will be compensated their regular salary. Employees may be asked to work from home or in the building as required. If the closure exceeds 45 days, the Board reserves the right to amend compensation.
