(A) The following are the types of closure for the town:
(1) Complete closure: no staff with access to the building(s);
(2) Closure with essential services only: the building(s) are not open to the public but essential town employees might be required to report to work on-site or perform their duties remotely; and
(3) Closure with reduced staff: some staff, as directed by the Board or Clerk-Treasurer, may be permitted to work inside the building(s) even if town facilities are closed to the public to perform certain functions as the Clerk-Treasurer or Board may assign.
(B) In the absence of a mandated closure from higher authority, the lack of healthy town employees will determine the extent to which town services can be delivered and if open hours to the public can be maintained.
