§ 10.18  NUMBERING OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS.
   From and after the adoption of this basic code of ordinances, all ordinances and resolutions shall be numbered by year of enactment and cardinal order of enactment (such as, 1986-1, 1986-2, 1986-3 and so on).
