New developments within the Entertainment District shall require a site plan to be included with the application for special use permit which shall include the following:
A. Proposed uses;
B. Building locations;
C. Building setbacks and heights;
D. Architectural materials;
E. Access to site;
F. Internal traffic circulation;
G. Parking;
H. Pedestrian accommodations;
I. Landscaping;
J. Walls and fences;
K. Sign locations; and
