Any violation of this chapter may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction. The maximum penalty per violation of this chapter, unless otherwise indicated, shall be three hundred dollars ($300) or thirty (30) days in jail or both. Each day during the time in which a violation occurs shall be deemed a separate violation. Nothing herein shall prevent the city from seeking injunctive relief, if appropriate. (Ord. 2021-8, 9-7-2021)
