The land subdivision regulations shall be applicable to all of the territory within the present Municipal boundary of the City, and all territory within three (3) miles of such present Municipal boundary and shall be under the jurisdiction of the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Governing Body. If annexation of land to the City should occur, these regulations automatically apply to the annexed land and that land lying up to three (3) miles therefrom. (Ord. 2019-2, 4-12-2019)
