9-5-9: STANDARDS FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS:

The District Board shall set standards and requirements for the permanent installation of renewable energy improvements on real property within the District. Such standards and requirements shall be identified in a subsequent resolution of the District Board and shall, at minimum, include compliance with otherwise applicable state and local permitting requirements.
