9-2-6: PENALTY:
Any person convicted of a violation of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code, in the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation of this Chapter exists shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 1992-03, 6-12-1992; amd. 2000 Code)
