9-2-3: ASSIGNMENT OF LOCATIONAL ADDRESSES:
Locational addresses shall be assigned by the Public Works Director of the City or his designee. The Public Works Director shall be charged with the responsibility for final staff decisions on all matters addressed in this Chapter and shall sign all certificates of address issued in accordance with this Chapter. (Ord. 1992-03, 6-12-1992)
