In addition to any remedial action or abatement procedures contained in the New Mexico Building Code and the Uniform Housing Code as amended and adopted herein, any person found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code, and each day of violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
