8-1-25: PENALTY:

In addition to, and not exclusive of, any other penalties herein, any violation of this Chapter shall be punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Every day that any such violation continues constitutes a separate offense. (Ord. 1985-01, 3-5-1985; amd. 2000 Code)
