A. Responsibility For City: The City will design, own, operate and maintain the complete water system up to the point of delivery and the City shall also provide the meter and installation.
B. Responsibility Of Customer:
1. The customer shall install, own and maintain all facilities beyond the point of delivery. The customer shall install all service lines from the main line including the meter yoke.
2. The customer must exercise due care for the protection of the property of the City on the customer's premises.
3. The customer agrees in accepting service, that no one except the employees of the City shall be allowed to make internal or external adjustments of any meter or any other piece of apparatus which is the property of the City.
4. Facilities or equipment necessary for any special requirements shall be installed and maintained by and at the expense of the customer. No facilities or special equipment shall be installed or operated in a manner injurious to the system. (Ord. 1985-01, 3-5-1985)
