8-1-12: DISPUTED BILLS:
The City agrees to investigate any question as to accuracy of metering or of bills for service rendered, and if the bill is in error, the City shall submit a corrected bill to the customer as promptly as circumstances permit. (Ord. 1985-01, 3-5-1985)
