A. Management By Clerk-Treasurer: The city clerk-treasurer shall have the overall responsibility for the control, management and direction of the municipal water system and shall perform all acts necessary for the prudent, efficient and economical management of the system, subject to the approval and confirmation of the council.
B. Rules And Regulations: The council may adopt resolutions, rules and regulations as it may deem necessary for operation of the system. (Ord. 1985-01, 3-5-1985)
