A. It is unlawful for any person:
1. To violate any provision of this Chapter.
2. Who is in charge of, or responsible for the conduct of, a special event to knowingly fail to comply with any condition of the permit.
3. To consume, sell or be in possession of an alcoholic beverage at the location of a special event while it is taking place, except as expressly authorized by a special event permit.
B. Unlawful acts under this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for not more than ninety (90) days or both. Each day that an unlawful act hereunder continues shall be considered a separate offense. (Ord. 2020-6, 9-1-2020)
