7-2-14: OCCUPANCY OF CERTAIN STREETS AND HIGHWAYS:
Any application for a special event that proposes to occupy any street or highway under the control of the New Mexico Department of Transportation “NMDOT”) must have the approval of that Department and any other agency having jurisdiction. (Ord. 2020-6, 9-1-2020)
