No person shall keep, harbor or maintain any poisonous reptiles, dangerous carnivorous wild animals, or dangerous or poisonous insects or arachnids whether they are trained or not, without having first registering such reptiles, insects, arachnids, or other animals with the animal control officer, municipal police and duly authorized designee.
