It is unlawful for any person to promote, stage, hold, conduct, carry on, or attend any game, exhibition, or fight in which one (1) or more animals is engaged for the purpose of injuring, killing, maiming or destroying themselves or any other animal, or to train or breed any animals for such purpose, and/or to promote any of the activities in this section.
