5-2-7: ANIMALS TO BE PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Dogs, cats and other animals shall be declared, deemed and considered personal property of the owner thereof, and all remedies given for the recovery of personal property and of damages for injuries thereto shall be extended to the owners thereof. (Ord. 2006-06, 4-18-2006)
