5-2-4: JOINT AGREEMENT WITH ANIMAL HUMANE SOCIETY:

The mayor is authorized, with the consent of the governing body, to execute on behalf of the city a joint powers agreement for animal control services with the animal humane society or an equivalent organization so as to accomplish the purposes of this chapter. (Ord. 2006-06, 4-18-2006)
