4-5-12: PROHIBITED DISCHARGE:
   A.   No fireworks shall be discharged within one hundred fifty feet of any fireworks retail sales location.
   B.   No person shall ignite any fireworks from within a motor vehicle or throw fireworks from a motor vehicle, nor shall any person place or throw any ignited article of fireworks into or at a motor vehicle or at or near any person or group of people.
   C.   Fireworks shall not be sold or used on State forest land, wild lands or a bosque. (Ord. 2020-5, 8-18-2020)
