4-2-15: FEES:
   A.   The rates that shall apply to residential and commercial garbage collection shall be set in the contract for services between the City and the Contractor.
   B.   The City shall have authority to impose a franchise fee upon the Contractor in return for the Contractor's exclusive right to collect municipal solid waste. (Ord. 2017-3, 9-19-2017)
