4-2-5: PENALTY:
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Chapter shall be subject to an administrative fee of fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day of a violation shall be considered a separate offense. All fees shall be payable to the City Clerk. (Ord. 2017-3, 9-19-2017)
