4-2-2: AUTHORITY AND PURPOSE:
   A.   Authority: This Chapter is adopted pursuant to the enabling provisions of NMSA §§ 3-48-1 et seq. and § 3-17-1, as amended.
   B.   Purpose: The purpose of this Chapter is to establish regulation for solid waste collection, transfer, transport, and disposal for all the residential and commercial properties within the municipal boundaries of the City of Sunland Park, New Mexico. (Ord. 2017-3, 9-19-2017)
