A. No person required to obtain a permit pursuant to this chapter shall conduct the business for which they are permitted within one thousand (1,000) feet of any public or private school or church, or five hundred (500) feet from any government building, government facility or public park.
B. The prohibition of this section does not apply to any person invited in writing to call upon any elementary or secondary public or private school by the principal of the school.
C. Street vendors are allowed to operate in or on city facilities when invited to do so by the city for special events. (Ord. 2005-03, 4-5-2005)
