A. Every person who is required to obtain a permit pursuant to this chapter must obtain a permit for each business if more than one (1) business is being conducted.
B. A permittee shall not engage in any business not designated on the permit and shall not engage in any business for an employer not designated on the permit, unless and until the permittee obtains another permit for that business or employer. (Ord. 2005-03, 4-5-2005)
