The authority may issue temporary permits for short duration sales under the following criteria:
A. No temporary permit may be issued for a period longer than thirty (30) days.
B. No more than three (3) temporary permits may be issued per year to the same applicant.
C. The applicant for a temporary permit must comply with all the requirements in this chapter except section 3-7-10. (Ord. 2005-03, 4-5-2005)
