A. No person, whether or not the person maintains or is employed at an established place of business or by a person who is permitted pursuant to this chapter, shall engage in the business of street vendor without first obtaining a vendor's permit.
B. A vendor's permit is not transferable and shall be valid for not more than one (1) year from the date of issuance.
C. The authority shall not issue a vendor's permit to a food vendor until the applicant for a vendor's permit provides proof to the city that he/she/it has obtained a health department permit for the vehicle to be used. (Ord. 2005-03, 4-5-2005)
