3-4-8: PENALTY:
The violation of any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be punishable as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each day shall constitute a separate offense in any case of continuing violation. (Ord. 1997-05, 12-8-1997; amd. 2000 Code)
