3-1-5: EFFECT OF OTHER LICENSING PROVISIONS:
Whenever other licensing provisions of this Code differ from the provisions of this Chapter, the provisions in this Code applicable to the specific type of license addressed shall take precedence. (Ord. 1997-06, 12-8-1997)
