2-3-1: METROPOLITAN REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ESTABLISHED:

In the interest of efficiency, the governing body chooses to select the mechanism of an agency (hereinafter referred to as the Metropolitan Redevelopment Agency) which shall operate pursuant to this Chapter which is hereby declared to be non-repealable and not subject to amendment so long as any MRA bond remains unredeemed.
