(a) Phasing Schedule. The development impact fees required by the section (b) below shall be assessed in accordance with the following phased schedule:
(1) No parks and recreation development impact fee assessed.
(2) January 1, 2023: 50% of fee amounts below;
(3) July 1, 2023: 75% of the fee amounts below; and
(4) January 1, 2024: 100% of the fee amounts below.
(b) Development Impact Fee for Residential Development on or after January 1, 2023. All new residential development within the City of Sunbury, for which a building permit is applied for on or after January 1, 2023, is subject to the payment of a parks and recreation facilities development impact fee payable at the time of building permit issuance by the City, pursuant to this chapter, as follows:
