1309.36 BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS ESTABLISHED.

(b) The Board of Zoning Appeals shall operate in accordance with the Charter of Sunbury. The Board of Zoning Appeals shall keep minutes of its proceedings showing the vote of each member upon each question and shall keep records of all official actions. Records of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be kept and filed in 9 E. Granville Street, Sunbury, OH 43074.
