Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and shall be subject to a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00). For each subsequent offense, such person shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00), or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.
