13.03 Continuation of Ordinances, Resolutions, Codes, Rules, and Regulations

All ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, and regulations of the Village of Sunbury in effect at the time of the adoption of this Charter or any amendment thereto shall remain in effect until amended or repealed, except as superseded by the provisions of this Charter.
