In 2025 and as often as necessary thereafter, but no less frequently than every 10 years, the Council shall appoint seven electors of the Municipality, holding no other elected office or employment with the Municipality, as members of a Charter Review Commission to serve until their duties as provided herein are completed. The members shall serve without compensation. The appointment of a Charter Review Commission within the prescribed periods shall not preclude the Council from submitting recommended Charter amendments to the voters from time to time as permitted by the Constitution and laws of the State of Ohio.
