9.01 General

The laws of the State of Ohio relating to budgets, appropriations, taxation, debts and borrowing, assessments, deposits and investment of funds, and other fiscal matters of the Municipality shall be applicable to the Municipality, except as otherwise provided by this Charter or by the Council.
