Unless otherwise provided by this Charter, ordinances and resolutions shall be published after adoption by the Council. As used in this Section, the term "publish" shall mean posting the ordinance or resolution or a summary thereof on the Municipality's website and taking such other actions to provide public notice as may be required by the Council. Failure to publish an ordinance or resolution as required by this Section shall not invalidate such legislation, and in such event, the Clerk of Council may authorize the ordinance or resolution to be published at a later date.
