One copy of the 2013 Residential Code of Ohio and subsequent updates as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards, certified as correct by the Mayor and the Fiscal Officer, as required by ORC 731.23 shall be in its initial form on file in the office of the fiscal officer and retain as a permanent ordinance record of the Village. The Village Fiscal Officer hereby authorized and directed to publish a summary as required in ORC 731.23.
