1313.01 ADOPTION.

The 2013 Residential Code of Ohio and subsequent updates as promulgated by the State of Ohio Board of Building Standards is hereby adopted and incorporated as The Residential Building Code for the Village of Sunbury. Prior enforcement of said 2013 Residential Code of Ohio and subsequent updates are hereby ratified and affirmed.
