(a) The proposed amendments to the petition in form and substance are determined to conform to the facts of the petition and to be in compliance with Ohio R.C. 349.03 and are hereby ratified and approved; and
(b) The organizational documents of the Authority, including, without limitation, the Petition and this ordinance, may not be amended unless each of this Council, the Board of Trustees of the Authority, and the Developer consents to such amendment.
