963.09 MUNICIPAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEE.
   (a)   Development Impact Fee for Residential Development prior to January 1, 2023. All new residential development within the City of Sunbury, for which a building permit is applied for prior to January 1, 2023, is subject to the payment of a municipal facilities development impact fee payable at the time of building permit issuance by the City, pursuant to this chapter, as follows:

   (b)   Development Impact Fee for Nonresidential Development prior to January 1, 2023.    (c)   Development Impact Fee for Residential Development on or after January 1, 2023. The development impact fees for municipal facilities shall be assessed in accordance with the following phased schedule, for a building permit applied for on or after January 1, 2023:
      (1)   January 1, 2023: 50% of fee amounts below;
      (2)   July 1, 2023: 75% of the fee amounts below; and
      (3)   January 1, 2024: 100% of the fee amounts below.
