(a) Development Impact Fee for Residential Development prior to January 1, 2023. All new residential development within the City of Sunbury, for which a building permit is applied for prior to January 1, 2023, is subject to the payment of a police facilities development impact fee payable at the time of building permit issuance by the City, pursuant to this chapter, as follows:

(b) Development Impact Fee for Nonresidential Development prior to January 1, 2023. All new nonresidential development within the City of Sunbury, for which a building permit is applied for prior to January 1, 2023, is subject to the payment of a police facilities development impact fee payable at the time of building permit issuance by the City, pursuant to this chapter, as follows:

(c) Development Impact Fee for Residential Development on or after January 1, 2023. The development impact fees for police facilities shall be assessed in accordance with the following phased schedule, for a building permit applied for on or after January 1, 2023:
(1) January 1, 2023: 50% of fee amounts below;
(2) July 1, 2023: 75% of the fee amounts below; and
(3) January 1, 2024: 100% of the fee amounts below.

(2) July 1, 2023: 75% of the fee amounts below; and
(3) January 1, 2024: 100% of the fee amounts below.
