913.12 REVIEW BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL.

The Village Council will have the right to review the conduct, acts and decisions of the Commission. Any person may appeal any ruling or order of the Commission to the Village of Sunbury Council who may hear the matter and make the final decision.
