All new subdivisions or commercial development will be required to have a landscaping plan. In new subdivisions or when the development of commercial property occurs, the Village of Sunbury Tree and Landscape Commission may review the landscaping plans and may make a report regarding the street trees to be planted in any of the streets, parking lots, parks and other public places abutting lands henceforth developed and/or subdivided to insure compliance with this chapter as well as all zoning code and subdivision regulations now existing or as amended in the future. Said report shall be delivered to the Sunbury Village Engineer and the Sunbury Planning and Zoning Commission. Failure of the Village of Sunbury Tree and Landscape Commission to review a landscaping plan or to make a report to the Village of Sunbury Engineer and/or the Village of Sunbury Planning and Zoning Commission shall not affect the ability of the Village of Sunbury Planning and Zoning Commission or the Sunbury Village Council from approving future developments.
