There is hereby created and established a Village of Sunbury Tree and Landscape Commission (hereinafter “Commission”) for the Village of Sunbury, which shall consist of five (5) members who shall be citizens and residents of the Village of Sunbury. The Commission may also contain nonresidents with expertise in the subject field, which nonresidents shall be nonvoting members. All members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Council president with the approval of the Sunbury Village Council. Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation. (Ord. 2008-30.
