(a) No person shall operate or cause to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult entertainment business in any zoning district other than the appropriate zoning districts as such use as set forth in the Village of Sunbury Zoning Code.
(b) No person shall operate or cause to be operated a sexually oriented business or adult entet1aimnent business within 1,000 feet of a residential district, library, educational institution, park, recreational facility, religious place of worship, child care/day care facility, playground, swimming pool or planned unit development that includes residential end uses.
