709.99 PENALTY.

In addition to the revocation of license provisions in Section 709.09, whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree carrying a maximum penalty of sixty days imprisonment or a five hundred dollar ($500.00) fine or both.
