509.071 MISUSE OF 911 SYSTEM.
   (a)   No person shall knowingly use the telephone number of the 9-1-1 system to report an emergency if he knows that no emergency exists.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of false use of 9-1-1 system, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. (Ord. 98-023. Passed 8-19-98.)
